Inquiries & art reference photos:

I process inquiries during standard business hours. For complex nail art or reconstruction consultations, please submit relevant photographs at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

Booking Policy:

To ensure the efficiency of our scheduling, i kindly request that all cancellations be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Providing this notice allows me to offer the time slot to other individuals who may require my services. Please be advised that a non-refundable no-show fee of $25 is applied to any appointments cancelled within this designated window. Settling any outstanding fees is a necessary requirement before we can facilitate the booking of future appointments. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in helping us maintain a reliable experience for everyone.

Sickness Policy:

To ensure the health and safety of all individuals, i kindly request that appointments be rescheduled if you are experiencing any contagious symptoms. I prioritize a clean and comfortable environment for everyone involved in my professional services. Should an unforeseen emergency arise, a one-time allowance for rescheduling is available to accommodate your situation. Please provide sufficient notice to allow for adjustments to the calendar. 

Holiday Booking Nov-Dec

Since the holidays get booked up fast all NEW CLIENTS are required to put a $25 non-refundable deposit/fee to hold the appointment time. The deposit/fee will go towards the appointment total, but in the case of a no show the fee is non refundable. This is only applicable to Nov and Dec appointments.
